Initial consultation: Before your session, you’ll complete a questionnaire to help me understand what you would like to learn.
In the session we will dive into the things you want to learn.
After the session I will send you follow-up notes and practical resources to help you implement what you learn.

Learn what you need to go upside down!
This workshop is designed for anyone — whether you’re just starting, returning to your handstand practice, or have been dabbling without much progress. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation and give you the tools to move forward in your practice.
You’ll develop better kinesthetic awareness and gain practical knowledge to improve your handstands.
Cost: $120 per person
