Initial consultation: Before your session, you’ll complete a questionnaire to help me understand what you would like to learn.

In the session we will dive into the things you want to learn.

After the session I will send you follow-up notes and practical resources to help you implement what you learn.

Learn what you need to go upside down!

This workshop is designed for anyone — whether you’re just starting, returning to your handstand practice, or have been dabbling without much progress. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation and give you the tools to move forward in your practice.

You’ll develop better kinesthetic awareness and gain practical knowledge to improve your handstands.

Cost: $120 per person

The 4 Main Areas of the Body:

  • Hands and wrists

This 3-week series runs over consecutive Thursdays and is perfect for anyone looking to improve their form, strength, and movement efficiency in the gym. Whether you’re new to training or looking to refine existing skills, these workshops give hands-on feedback and actionable strategies to progress safely and effectively.
