Learn what you need to go upside down!

This workshop is designed for anyone — whether you’re just starting, returning to your handstand practice, or have been dabbling without much progress. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation and give you the tools to move forward in your practice.

You’ll develop better kinesthetic awareness and gain practical knowledge to improve your handstands.

This 3-week series runs over consecutive Thursdays and is perfect for anyone looking to improve their exercise technique in the gym.

Whether you’re new to training or looking to refine existing skills, these workshops give hands-on feedback and skills to take into your week to week training.

What We Cover

• The position of your skeleton

• How (and if) you’re engaging your muscles

• How to choose an appropriate weight

You’ll receive individual coaching that helps you move from your current patterns into ones that are more efficient and sustainable.

What exercises do we cover:

Week 1: Romanian Dead Lift, Bench press and Plank

Week 2: The Squat and Seated row and Swiss Ball sit up

Week 3: The lunge and the Over head press and Side plank.
